The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, made for a great night's sleep. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options. the staff was very polite and attentive, always ready to address any needs or concerns. The hotel also had indoor free parking, very convenient.
The location of the hotel left much to be desired. There were no views from the room, a bit disappointing.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay. the exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna were well, maintained and added to our relaxation. the spa centre offered a variety of services including body scrubs and massages that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the restaurant had a great selection of breakfast options and the in, room breakfast was a convenient alternative.
Although minor, we found the service to be slightly lacking in some areas. For instance, some staff members had difficulty communicating in English which made it challenging to convey our needs.

We loved the spacious rooms and the excellent water pressure in the rain shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the gym, swimming pool, and facilities were great. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the free shuttle from the nearby mall was convenient.
